We are a fully equipped Gym (Free Weights, Machine Weights, Cardio Equipment, Boxing Apparatuses) to satisfy your fitness needs. We have a variety of group exercise classes(Yoga, Yoga Flow Dance, Zumba, Zumba Sentao and Zumba Toning) personal training, and nutritional coaching. In addition, we also provide Personal Training for those wanting to take their fitness needs to the next level.
We also offer a variety of dance classes that include Swing, Ballroom, Smooth Rhythms, Latin, International, Belly Dancing and Hip Hop. We host monthly dance events, covering all dances styles taught in the studio as well as themed dances oriented at a specific dance style or season events.
