Foundations and Flow
This class will be an excellent introduction into Yoga. Although much of what will be practiced targets people new to yoga, the class is a great means to get back to the basics; ensuring your form is correct so not to injure yourself, reconnecting with the breath work, and connecting with your body as you practice.
Foundation and Flow is for all levels of yoga practitioners. The class will focus on stretching, strengthening, and stamina. So, you may ask 'how would I benefit from a basic class?' Yoga is a practice that puts us in tune with our body, breathe, and mind. The connection between all three is vital for a successful and safe practice.
I am really excited to have been asked to join the Body Fitness Team in bringing this opportunity to all its members and friends. Please join me and see what it is all about. We will have fun, flow, and fitness!
