High Intensity Interval Training - 8 Minute Workout
Details: The class will consist of a 2 minute warm up followed by stretching. Then the fun begins when we start exercising. Each session will consist of eight full body exercises. They will each be performed for 1 minute with a 20-30 second breaks. Intensity is based upon your speed and resistance level.
Benefits: Short workout, effective results, intense full body workout, speeds metabolism. Men & Women - all fitness levels are welcome.
