A Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! You don't need to know how to dance in order to join the class, all steps are easy to learn and can be adapted to a lower or higher intensity depending on your personal needs and goals. Add some fun to your workout, try Zumba!
