Cardio Jump

Cardio Jump is our new fitness class designed to keep your Body Jumping, Bouncing, Running, Rowing or whatever exercises to get your heart rate up through bouts of Intervals. We will start off the class warming up, stretching and begin our Cardio Intervals. Go at your own pace with our Open Format Fitness Style. Al fitness levels welcome.

Class Time: Mondays 5:30pm - 6:00pm  1/2 hour session

Instructor: Abraham

Cost:  Free for members, everyone else $5 drop-in or $60 for 10 punch card.
