Body Balance is our new fitness class designed to keep your Body in Balance by stretching your muscles, using motor skills for balance and strengthening your core. If you have aches and pains, tight muscles, losing balance or just want to stay physically active, then try out this class. Al fitness levels welcome.
Class Time: Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:00pm 1/2 hour session
- Free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members.
- Non-members can purchase at the beginning of each a month a $25 pass that allows four consecutive sessions.
- $60 Punch cards available for 10 classes(applies to all fitness classes).
