Body Balance

Body Balance is our new fitness class designed to keep your Body in Balance by stretching your muscles, using motor skills for balance and strengthening your core.  If you have aches and pains, tight muscles, losing balance or just want to stay physically active, then try out this class.  Al fitness levels welcome.

Class Time: Thursday 5:30pm - 6:00pm  1/2 hour session

Cost:  Free for everyone during the demo run

Cardio Jump

Cardio Jump is our new fitness class designed to keep your Body Jumping, Bouncing, Running, Rowing or whatever exercises to get your heart rate up through bouts of Intervals. We will start off the class warming up, stretching and begin our Cardio Intervals. Go at your own pace with our Open Format Fitness Style. Al fitness levels welcome.

Class Time: Mondays 5:30pm - 6:00pm  1/2 hour session

Cost:  Free for members, everyone else $5 drop-in or $60 for 10 punch card.

Fitness Class Fees

  • Free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members.
  • Non-members can purchase at the beginning of each a month a $25 pass that allows four consecutive sessions.

CIZE Fitness

 CIZE®  LIVE is professional dance for everyday people! Learn the hottest professionally choreographed dance routines, step-by-step. From your first class, you’ll be bustin’ out moves you can take anywhere! It’s so fun, so exciting, you’ll forget you’re actually working out!

 Time: Thursday, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

HIIT / 8

High Intensity Interval Training - 8 Minute Workout

Details: The class will consist of a 2 minute warm up followed by stretching. Then the fun begins when we start exercising.  Each session will consist of eight full body exercises. They will each be performed for 1 minute with a 20-30 second breaks.  Intensity is based upon your speed and resistance level. 

Benefits: Short workout, effective results, intense full body workout, speeds metabolism. Men & Women - all fitness levels are welcome.

Times: Wednesdays : 1st session: 5:30pm - 6:00pm  2nd session: 6:00pm - 6:30pm

Zumba

Ditch the Workout, Join the PARTY!!!

A Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! You don't need to know how to dance in order to join the class, all steps are easy to learn and can be adapted to a lower or higher intensity depending on your personal needs and goals. Add some fun to your workout, try Zumba!

Time: Tuesdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm
