Body Fitness, Inc. is a fitness and dance studio. Our fitness center offers do it yourself fitness, group exercise classes(Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Hip Hop Aerobics and Cross Fitness) as well as personal training with an emphasis on nutrition.
We also offer a variety of dance classes that include Swing, Ballroom, Latin Rhythms, Smooth Rhythms, Belly dancing and even Hip Hop, and host monthly open dance events, covering all dances styles taught in the studio as well as themed dances oriented at a specific dance style or season events.
