Cross Fitness
Class Description: 60 Minute Strength Training Class , working all the major muscle groups to include hips, thighs, and abdominal's. We will use a variety of equipment i.e. Stability balls, Tubing, Steps, dumbbells, etc. Instructor: Liz Thorp Schedule: Wednesdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm Fees: Members: Free Non-Members: $10 drop in fee or $25 four consecutive weeks. |
