Class Description: Pilates is a form of exercise that utilizes principles of Yoga, calisthenics,dance and gymnastics.It focuses on proper alignment, breathing, joint release and a complete range of motion. Schedule: Thursdays - 5:30pm to 6:20pm (Alternates weekly with Core Fusion).Fees: This class is free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members. |
