Ditch the Workout, Join the PARTY!!! Class Description: A Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! You don't need to know how to dance in order to join the class, all steps are easy to learn and can be adapted to a lower or higher intensity depending on your personal needs and goals. Add some fun to your workout, try Zumba! Schedule: Tuesdays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm (alternating weeks with Hip Hop Jam) Fees: Free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members. |
