Class Description: Pilates is a form of exercise that utilizes principles of Yoga, calisthenics, dance and gymnastics. It focuses on proper alignment, breathing, joint release and a complete range of motion. Instructor: Ellen Brush Schedule: Thursdays - 5:30pm to 6:20pm Fees: This class is free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members. Non-members can purchase at the beginning of each a month a $25 pass that allows four consecutive sessions. |
