Class Description: Strengthening, stretching, and elongating the spine for proper alignment. You also utilize breathing techniques and relaxation to lower blood pressure, increase lung capacity, release tension and stress. Schedule: Mondays - 5:30pm to 6:30pm Fees: This class is free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members. Non-members can purchase at the beginning of each a month a $25 pass that allows four consecutive sessions. |
