Class Description: PiYo is a beautiful blend of pilates and yoga. Participants will flow through yoga asanas and spend time on the mat focusing on their core with pilates. This class is suitable for all levels who want to stretch and lengthen their muscles through yoga and for those who want to strengthen their powerhouse with precise pilates movements. Participants will leave class feeling longer and stronger and free from tension from everyday life. Your posture and core strength will improve with concentrated movements. Instructor: Ellen Brush Schedule: Wed - 5:30pm to 6:20pm Fees: This class is free for members and a $10 drop-in fee for non-members. Non-members can purchase at the beginning of each a month a $25 pass that allows four consecutive sessions. |
